Allison brings over 15 years of experience crafting and implementing business development strategies for startups and established companies. At Google, she helped small businesses amplify their impact as an Account Strategist and Business Inclusion PM, while at DoorDash, she drove growth for restaurant owners through targeted Sales Strategy. At CNote, she developed new growth channels for the startup. With expertise in Sales, Fundraising, Revenue Optimization, and Strategic Partnerships, Allison holds an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Meet Our Founder

Hi there, I’m Dori!

Growing up in Haiti, I was inspired by the stories of Cacicas, the leaders of my island's indigenous Taïno people, who cultivated prosperous lands and stood resilient against invasion. They are the driving force behind Cacica Ventures.

Motivated by their exemplary leadership, I’ve spent the last 16 years as a trusted advisor and go-to operator for policy shapers in the US Congress and C-Suite executives at Apple, Google, and Lyft. I’ve held pivotal roles like Chief of Staff, Head of Communications, PMO Lead, Racial Equity Strategist, and Legislative Policy Analyst.  Now, I blend passion with purpose, channeling all that powerhouse experience into Cacica Ventures to help visionary leaders chase their biggest dreams and navigate modern business with the robust support they need.

I also believe in finding joy and balance. When I'm not pushing the envelope for my clients, you’ll find me traveling, polishing my Spanish, wandering through parks with my pup, or savoring little moments with friends and family.
